2. Analysis and Evaluation - We will evaluate your customers online behavior, and service-delivery processes. We'll identify what is working well and opportunities for improvement. This phase can include usability tests, site-data analysis, competitive analysis, surveys, focus groups and business interviews. It may also include a review of your existing e-commerce platform and third-party applications/extensions.
3. Plan Development - We deliver an actionable plan for reaching your goals. This plan can include recommendations for design and content changes, software applications, changes in process flows and business-requirements documentation. We also work with you to adapt your plan to work within your budget.
